Established as a general contractor in 1989, Richard Pross formed Pross Construction Company, Inc. in 1994. Over the years, the company has undertaken an array of projects, accumulating expertise in excavating, erosion control, electrical utility construction, substation building and maintenance, right-of-way clearing, and fiber installation.
